At Northline Express, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and hearth purchase. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals and hardware are included.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
